A Haven In The Internet Storm

You simply must see the great pictures that Valerie Warner and I took in Maui Hawaii this last June. From the volcano mountain top of Haleakala to the shore break of Kite Beach, from the windward eastern shore near Hanna to the leeward side of Honolua Bay... Maui is a life force, an adventure of a lifetime, and the inner peace that you would always enjoy. Your body leaves Hawaii, your heart and spirit never does. Aloha.
The Future is so bright ...
Politics - Many blood sucking insects.
Lead, shut-up, or get out of the way!
As a nation the United States needs to lead in bio-friendly energy production systems - reducing our dependence on oil.

Ocean Thermal Energy Conversion (OTEC) technology seems to be the most viable path to that end. And is something I am interested in.
Other paths to energy independence like the
Fuel Cell for home power system, and Fuel Cell Electric Automotive systems and Safe Hydrogen Storage for Car systems are systems essential to the world's growth, and our energy independence.

We can consume oil at ever increasing rates OR we can lead!

This is not about ecology;
that is a very narrow view.   It's about the future - oil is just a limited resource and hydrogen - well as long as there are planetary systems there will be sources of hydrogen out there and down here for us to use. And the cool thing is the use doesn't pollute.
And i still like the hat.

Peace, Peace; there is no Peace!

Is it Peace in our time, peace through superior firepower, peaceful coexistence, peace of the grave, or is peace the wrong goal?

The man Jeshua talked and walked a life of peace.

He was brutally executed to keep and make the peace.

To keep the peace in Jerusalem and to make peace between God and man! 'For without the shedding of blood there can be no redemption.'

We can not be bought from the slavery to sin and the world view, without Jeshua's gift of his blood sacrifice. God alone can make that pure lamb for the atonement for the sin of the human race, or there would be occasion of boasting.

Peace, peace when there is no peace.

Peace was not the goal! - Freedom from the sin nature that produces the malicious heart with hatred for all that does not fit that hatred filled world view.  The goal of life is not to survive it, but to outlive life itself - 'sin is at the door but you are to conquer it'. It's a gift lest anyone boast that they had achieved it.

Mohammed understood it, at the lap of his wife, when he shared what he had seen on the mount. And they shared that with the Christian and Jewish leaders who gave their blessing on his mission; to share with the faithful the truth.

Funny how the origin of things get twisted in the present by corrupt power brokers seeking to profit without the expense of THEIR OWN BLOOD. Scarcely a good man would die for a friend - how much more so a holy man for a sinner - Jeshua was an unusual man... He died for a world full of sinners and called us no longer to be strangers to God, but friends. Those that would make themselves masters over others would do well to master their own nature, perhaps even cutoff that part of themselves that causes them to offend God... Their head? - No their arrogant pride! For they contrive evil in the name of good to execute bondage upon people; instead of setting captivity free. They make others three times as fit for the pit as they have become, their ultimate destiny... May their destiny come quickly upon them - like a thief in the night.
